According to the Hollywood Reporter, the eight-episode series will tell the story of Crawford and Davis’s feud through the making of the 1962 film “What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?” Jessica Lange, who previously worked with Murphy on “American Horror Story,” has been cast as Crawford and Susan Sarandon will play Davis.

Brad Pitt is on board as an executive producer. Dominic Burgess, Judy Davis, Alfred Molina and Stanley Tucci will also co-star.
