“Sesame Street” taught kids the value of healthy eating in an “Orange is the New Black” parody titled, “Orange is the New Snack.”

The G-rated version moves the drama fromĀ Litchfield Penitentiary toĀ Litchfield Academy. New student Piper Snackman tries to get her classmates to stop eating Red’s homemade cookies and to instead snack on oranges. Piper has to stand her ground as she is threatened with time in the “shoe,” an actual shoe she is forced to sit inside instead of the show’s solitary confinement.

Besides Red other familiar characters recreated for the spoof include Morello, Crazy Eyes/Suzanne and Pornstache, who has been renamed the more kid-friendly, Mr. Mustache.

“Sesame Street” has parodied other adult shows such as “Boardwalk Empire,” “Mad Men” and “Game of Thrones.”

“Orange is the New Black” streams its fifth season on Friday.
