Women in Their Twenties and Thirties will meet at 8 p.m. in person at the DC Center for the LGBT Community and also on Zoom. This is a social discussion group for queer women in the Washington, D.C. area. For meeting updates, join WiTTās closed Facebook group.Ā
Saturday, February 10
The DC Center for the LGBT Center will host a facilitator training at 12 p.m. on Zoom. This training will help establish the basics of how to lead virtual support groups, as well as how to build a safe space where everyone is able to share their voices and be heard. The first hour will be geared towards introductory material, while the second hour will invite current facilitators to share situations and best practices.for more details, email [email protected].Ā

āElevate Drag Brunch: Drag King Editionā will be at 12 p.m. at Officina at the Wharf. This will be a brunch featuring outstanding performances from DCās most fabulous drag kings. Pride on the Patio Events will host āLGBTQ Social Mixerā at 5:30 p.m. at Showroom. Dress is casual, fancy, or comfortable. Guests are encouraged to bring their most authentic self to chat, laugh, and get a little crazy. Admission is free and more details are on Eventbrite.
Coming Out Discussion Group will be at 7 p.m. on Zoom. This support group is a safe space to share experiences about coming out and discuss topics as it relates to doing so. For more details, visit the groupās Facebook page. Ā
